How come the # for contacting the club is not easily attainable? Shouldn't it be in plain view? I have recieved no paperwork or e-mails for re-upping. I can't find the phone # because it is secretly hidden somewhere..................

I agree that it should be easier to find. Contact VCA HQ toll-free at 800-998-1110. You can also renew by phone with any major credit card. I have heard more than a few folks never got a mailing, so hopefully this should take care of you.
