Nope, Gen I and II spark plug wires are different, due to the different placement of the coil packs. As I recall, the only real functional difference is the #2 plug wire - the Gen II #2 wire is a lot shorter than the Gen I #2 plug wire, so you can't use the Gen II wire set #2 wire on a Gen I - all of the other wires will reach, with one or two being a few inches too long.

And, if you are referring to the stock wires, there were some improvements for the Gen II wires (which, I beleive, were migrated back to the Gen I replacement wires); most notably the Gen II boots are better.

Is there a way to tell with the part number?
Probably - I've got a stock replacement gen II spark plug wire set in front of me that I picked up five or six years ago for our club price of $65, still in the original bag, that has the following label on it:

1 Piece (Mopar label)
04798736
IGN. CABLE SET
41876B 8/00
Made in U S A ZSC033SP016J
- bar code -
04798736

The 41876B number matches your eBay number, and is probably the Gen II plug wire part number.

Hope that helps...
