Those are the jack points for the scissor jack that comes with the car.

You can use a floor jack on them, just be careful not to hit the sidesill with the jack saddle.

I used those to jack the car up and put the floor jacks on the frame, but someone may have better locations. On the front, I don't think I should of put them on the frame ahead of the axle. The car sold now.

Generally speaking all frame points between the axles should be good jack/stand points since they supports the weight of the car and is good for it. I've seen pinched frames where the jack/stand was used at the front of the front clip.
