It is local and owned by an individual with multiple Vipers (for personal use only - not a broker) which provides some comfort. Mod's below were also done by Roanoke Motors the selling dealer which I assume is another plus. Thanks for feedback. Car has approx. 2,300 miles on it. Unsure how much warranty remains but it was a late run Mamba (#194 of 200).

Mods on car:
Lightweight aluminum fly wheel
Corsair 3 inch stainless exhaust
Competition Coupe Shifter
355 rear end

I'd try to work them down another grand or two, but generally, I think that sounds pretty close to a fair price (based upon mileage, location, owner history, and dealer-installed mods). My '03 is a Roanoke Motors car and I hear they do nice work.

reference, I buddy just bought a brand new 2005 Copperhead for $67K. Both Mamba and Copperheads are limited production models with different interiors so should be pretty comparable. So I'd agree with others that $62K seems like a fair offer for this low mileage specimen.

I paid $62k back in Feb for an '04 with about the same miles. Regular srt, not a mamba and had no mods. If these are mods you would want anyway, then it sounds like a good deal to me. If you can get it down another thousand or two, consider it a bonus.
