Al lots and lots of it. they are completely different motors that share a common architecture, not sure if there are even any common parts anymore.

although if your talking about the SRT-Rams i believe that they are the same motor(basically)

The Iron Block (pre-srt) motors are very low RPM torque
monsters designed for towing. I'm currently trying to figure
out how to put on in a Satellite, but I'm not sure if there
is enough room.

The Alum V10 is physically shorter and lighter.

I think I read that the SRT blocks are basically the same
except the Ram has a bigger oil pan and different
bellhousing - I very well could be wrong about that though.
