I was just checking the market and ran into this one. At first look I thought 28K, good buy.

Then I noticed the rear bumper, paint work. Then the up close shots of the dash. I saw the far shots and thought, nice they went black. But the upclose shows they did not do a good job of painting, and worse, they painted the dash ON THE CAR!

I would say depending why the rear was painted (and if anything else was) 28K still may be a good deal, but need to know the history.

Looking at it closer that is not even the correct bumper for a 94. The painted inserts is what raised my eye brows, but it is also missing some holes.

It also looks like it has had some type of fluid leak, most likely the power steering cap. Look at the pic of the engine and you will see the spots all over the intake and valve cover.

The painted dash sure looked good from 10 feet away, but the up close pic shows a poor quality paint job and some hard usage. Note the shift know.

It definitely has a Gen 2 rear bumper.

LOL, I just noticed something else. They did not paint the bezel around the shifter, but it is striped. That grey color is the plastic, I should know, I striped mine and that is the color of it under the paint!

So we have a GENII bumper
Poorly prepped dash and painted while still in the car
A unpainted bezel
Worn shifter knob
Broken Windshield

What else can we find from the pictures...??

To be honest if I were buying only the bumper would worry me. The dash is a easy fix for someone willing to get their hands dirty.

The back wheels are spinning the wrong way.

The first pic looks like some kind of jumper cable graveyard.

The emblem on the trunk is way too high.

I’m not sure what that white thing is on the drivers side footwell, maybe access to the extra 85HP locked up in the ECU?

At least it's certified by Eddie. She's a real beut Clark! :2tu:

Damn, missed the wheels. Wonder if those are directional tires....

I love HP claims with ZERO proof. Just think - smooth tubes would bump it to 495!
