ULTIMATE SIDE SILL TEMPERATURE THREAD

As a newbie and a wannabe Viper owner, can we post mod results that affect side sill temps? ...taken by those infrared $39 Harborfreight sensors? I don't want my GF to freak out getting out of the car on a hot day....cause then maybe i'm not gettn lucky

Cats is main cause for the heat build up.
Huge aluminum motor that produces alot of heat
Insulation
most of all...#1 answer.....the exhaust runs down the side of the car..LOL! Just kidding. Hope you get a viper soon!

Cats cause the heat. Change to high-flow or no cats and heat is negligible.
Nothing more to it.
