Actually, I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I have the first edition of the SAE book "Automotive Fuels Handbook" that is extra to me since I have the second edition. It's not science-eze, it's written like a service manual technical explanation, yet is extremely informative. If you want to know about fuel additives, properties of various alcohols and alternate fuels, what octane and cetane really-really are, what changes in base fuels mean (i.e. reformulated gasoline or the low-sulfur diesel fuel, spark and compression ignition combustion, and there is even a chapter on racing fuels.

I thought I could sell on eBay or Amazon for big bucks but now see a third edition has come out. Now Half.com and bookstores sell this first edition for $5 and up. I'd rather educate someone here, so if anyone's interested, first PM to me and promise of $10 can have it shipped to them. It is really a good reference- if you don't get mine, find another copy. You won't be disappointed.
