:( Can anyone tell me if 275/35/18 will fit on the front of
my 94 RT/10 :2tu:
I now have 265/35/18 on the front and was wondering what would
be the advantage to going to a larger size on the front? :bonker:
 Also has anyone heard of Hankook tires or have a set they
are running  , I know of a set I could pick up at a great price
if 275's on the front would work? :2tu:
Thanks
Joe

Hi Joe,
I'm guessing you don't have the stock wheels on your RT. Running after market or 99-02 wheels? Most use the 275 as the standard tire on a wheel that is 10" wide(all 99-02 wheels). Some even use 315s for the extra grip, but most stick with the 275s or 285s. Either will work fine. Don't know anything about the Hankook tires, "made in China?"

Thats the size of the OEM '99 and later front tire, and all Gen II wheels and tires will fit on a Gen I, so you should be fine (the reverse is not true for Gen I 17" wheels on a 2001 and later ABS car).

The OEM front tire for a '94 was the 275/40ZR17 Michelin XGTZ, which changed to the 275/40ZR17 Michelin Pilot MXX3 in 1996. When the Gen II's went to 18" wheels in 1999 (1998 for the 100-run of GT-2s), the front tire changed to a 275/35ZR18 Michelin Pilot Sport, which is the same size you are asking about.

Of course, I'm making the assumption you have some Gen II 18" wheels you plan to mount these on. If the wheels are not Viper wheels (any Gen), you might have to post some details of the wheels to get an accurate response.
