Viper Vs Viper was a great event again. Kudos to the organizers for all the hard work to get us on the base, prefered seating and even a tour of the Chrysler proving grounds where they let us beat on two SRT-10's for a day of autocross. Special thanks to Marv Spatz whos passion for the viper keeps this event going.

The weather on Saturday limited the airshow but made for some great lighting for pictures.

The new 2008 intake is all reworked. The scoop has a deflector that pushes the air down into the intake where it has to circulate and then go up through the top mounted filter.

600 horses never looked so good.

Herb has worked on the viper for 18 years since its inception. He still talks about the car with a passion. What a tremendous asset to DC.

Second Saturday race the 2008 Comp Coup lost to the F-16 (they were using afterburners this time) by only 600 feet

Someone correct the numbers if I remembered wrong
