I am trying to get my throttle bodies in sync on a Roe car. After using the search feature, many have said to use your fingers to detect movement and adjust so that the driver's side opens slightly before the passenger side.

With the Roe linkage, they both move no matter what the blades orientation is in the throttle body. So, it appears the only way to adjust them is to use a feeler gauge between the throttle body openings and the blades so they are both closed the exact same amount, and then adjust the drivers side so it opens just a little before the passenger's side.

Does this sound correct?

Thanks in advance!

Here are the instructions from Roe for Gen II (Gen2 - Run 7):

"Once both throttle bodies are installed, set the adjuster screw on the throttle linkage so that the passenger’s side begins to open as soon as the driver’s side begins to open. Lock the jam nut in place. Once set, check for smooth throttle operation."

I interpret this as saying that they should open simultaneously.

I got a dial indicator (used for setting ring/pinions)....

Pull off the intake tubes, and set mine up so the drivers side opens 1/thousanths of an inch before the passangerside TB. Works great! :D
