Second Switch under radio?

I cant figure out what this switch does. I know one is for fog lights but the other one i have no idea and i have tried to find out by just turning it on and off and tryin different things. Does anyone know what this switch is for?

It could be the illustrious dummy switch to fill an otherwise blank hole. You dummy you...

BUT... It may make the neighbors garage door go up and down like in the TV commercial. Be CAREFUL!

Why would team viper put this switch in there if the car was ment to have the least amount of anything in it? this is on a 94 rt/10.

They're messing with us...the mystery switch was nothing more than a prank by DC to mess with our heads. In the How-To section, there used to be a writeup on the mystery switch namely how to actually make it useful.
