Bad day for unknown Maryland Viper owner

[WANTED]

Well it didn't start out as a bad day. I had just left my house
when I noticed a RED GTS W/WHITE STRIPES behind me.
He never passed me so I couldn't tell what year it was. I
did grab my camera, which I always carry with me and snapped
a few shots of him behind me. The reason I took the pics, I
wanted to post on here later to find out who it was. Now
here is where it get's interesting. About one hour later driving
down I95 S headed towards Baltimore from Bel Air, Md the
traffic started slowing down. I noticed lights flashing on
the right side of the road, THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE.
As I came closer I could see he had pulled over a RED VIPER
GTS, had no time to take a pic. Anyhow the traffic was really
bad and I thought to myself that the only way this guy was
getting a ticket had to be from the Viper standing out among
the rest of the cars. Now if this was you , I feel for ya. The
wheels were 17" from 96 or 97, noticed that as I went by
him. Sooooooooooo who are you and if your a VCA member
I have never seen you at any Maryland events. Anyone in
Maryland know of this car, I have seen it a few times but
never been able to meet up with the guy.

His name is Scott and he got pulled over for no front tag but he got off......It is a 97 red with painted white stripes..
