Not to me, that seems high personally. Prices for old muscle cars should never have broken $100K, but the market sets the price, right?

Wow, in the other thread, the est. sales price was expected at +/- $125k. I am surprised this would be a $95k, as we all agree it is THE MOST collectible Viper... Hmmm.

95K plus the fee to the auction house which I think is 5% at Mecum's? Still a good deal. Does anyone know who bought it? Dealer or private party and whether or not the car had the cover and docs? I called Mecum but could never get an answer? Any way that is the new market price for those cars. Very few go to a public auction so this is the market as of now unless a dealer bought it and retails it?

You could see the full car cover bag through the back hatch glass, but that's all you could see. Also, very possibly a phone bidder.

Yes I agree to it is a buyer’s market right now, Just look at the economy right now, it really *****..I think that is fair price all things going on right now.
