Tickets are $55.00 per person in advance or $65.00 per person at the door.​

Or you can go the club store and purchase your tickets online with a debit or credit card. Just follow the link to the club store from our website, wavca.org, and click on the events tab on the left.​

Instead of the white elephant gift exchange this year we will be having a charity auction. All proceeds from our charity auction will be donated to Hopelink. During the winter holidays Hopelink hosts a gift room that provides the parents of needy families in the Washington area a place to choose gifts for their children. The money we raise will be used to purchase gifts cards for the older children, who often get forgotten when people donate gifts to the gift room. ​

We have a wide variety of items to auction off from vacations, spa certificates, and apparel to Viper parts, maintenance certificates, and memorabilia. ​

A detailed list of all the auction items will be emailed prior to the event.​

We accept cash, checks, or credit cards as payment for the auction items. ​

Business casual or holiday festive attire recommended.​

This is an event not to be missed and we hope to see you there!​

John Hennessey of Hennessey Performance has sent us over $2500 worth of gift certificates and goods!

Also there will be a gas card given as a prize to the person who travels the furthest, which at this point looks like anyone beyond 90 miles would be a leading contender.... seems like a great opportunity for someone from Oregon to win!
