With President's Day upon us, we thought it suitable to infom all of our sponsor's and supporter's of the recent developments pertaining to our efforts of The 3rd Annual New Jersey BocceInvitational benefitting OperationShoebox New Jersey and Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey.
Please take a moment to view the "Fallen But Not Forgotten" video on the Dolce website. The song was written by Ray Boltz of Indiana and is a tribute to all hero's, i.e. police, soldiers and firefighters. Viki Wallace, a singer/songwriter who has performed throughout the country has graciously offered to perform as well as her soldier tribute "When Will I See You". Our law enforcement are our soldiers on the home front and this year, due to the untimely passing of Belleville Police Officer Kenneth Santucci, we will offer CD's whereby all proceeds will benefit the Santucci Scholarship Fund established by the Belleville PBA Local #28.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 20th at Colonial Park in Franklin Township in Somerset County. The day's activities will include a Bocce Tournament officiated by America's Mr. Bocce, Phil Ferrari and his assistant, Ciro Poppiti. Giada Valenti, singer and songwriter, will perform for the guests with songs from her recent CD "And I Love You So". Marisa Petroro, actress and model from NBC's Deal or Deal will join us from Los Angeles to entertain the troops. Will Jimeno, Retired Port Authority Officer and survivor of 9/11 will throw out the ceremonial ball for Operation Shoebox.In addition, we will host performances by Bobby Valli and Moreno Fruzzetti as well as be visited by New York Giants alumni, New Jersey Devils alumni and Rutgers University football players. Operation-Tribute-To-Freedom out of Washington, DC has offered to send soldiers to meet and greet our guests.
