Does gear swap affect dyno #'s?

Going from stock 3.07 to 3.55 would I expect to see my baseline dyno numbers change from the gear swap itself?? I have searched on this topic and can't seem to find a definitive answer.

With traction, yes the gears will help ET and MPH. The reason is that you will be accelerating more in 4th gear as you cross the finish line due to the gearing putting you in a higher rpm vs wheel speed.
