Here are a few shots of the new man cave going up. 3,000 sqft, 16ft high ceiling. 50 x 60. It is set up for 4 cars wide, 2 deep and 2 high. 16 cars easily with lots of room between all of the lifts.

heated floors..........

shingles are now on, beams are being cut, electric is in, plumbing in. Next week we should start insulation and maybe drywall. Brick and stone should be going up soon as well.

That looks amazing! Well done.

Just in case you may be interested, I would highly recommend a frozen drink machine for your bar area. Best purchase I ever made (besides the Viper).

That is sweet. Sixteen car garage with a bar. Nothing like sitting in your garage with a scotch in one hand and a sweet view of your cars to go with it.

Explaining Viper things to you
It's huge. I still say Man Country. Maybe just the bathroom qualifies as cave sized.

Anyway, glad to see someone is obviously supporting the local construction industry there!

Ok, here is how you pull this off..........My wife frowned at me buying 'another'. she said that I didn't have anywhere to put. Poor argument. I told her that SHE WAS EXACTLY CORRECT. She had already had someone design an outdoor living/kitchen area that we were just not happy with.

Our son is turning 11, he will be driving in JUST 4 years. I was out of space with my restoration projects. Let me design a fantastic outdoor area for you AND a way to solve the problem of not having enough space for our son's car, our daughter's car (she is 7). You and the kids can park on our 3 car, I'll boot myself out to the 2 car detached AND we can put the show cars in a nice clean garage hidden out of the way.

Ok, I'm busted, for those that know Amy, she didn't buy this sh*t but it is how I thought it would work. She has been behind it all the way and we have had fun designing it.

It is a short walk out of the basement (right by the bar) to the cave (& another bar). we will have our own pub crawl. The guys always end up in the garage at our big parties anyway so this just allows the guys and gals to be in one spot together......... that line didn't work either.

I doubt it will be down for this years event. The tile for the floor is getting loaded into a container in Italy today. The granite is coming from Brazil and is just getting measured. I see a BIG blow out there for next year but if anyone would like to visit this year, it would be fine, just won't be complete.

Here is the outdoor kitchen/patio
