New member number/forum access

I was e-mailed my membership number. How do I apply it to access the How-To and members only forums?

John: You need to private message your VCA# and VCA Region you joined to the administrators (they have no clue, one has to notify them)...lee00blacksilvergts or kcobean...and they will upgrade you! Once you're upgraded, then upload your car's picture to your avatar (under user cp, edit avatar, upload!) Welcome!
