I'm in the process of putting a 95 (gen 1) engine into a 69 Satellite. I've finished the engine with the exception of the serpentine belt set up. When I try to install the stock size belt (gatorback 4070810 or mopar 4763 795) both belts are to large by 1"+.
My pulley's are (afaik) all stock pieces and sizes.
Main 7"
Tensioner 2 7/8"
Water pump 5 1/2"
Idler 3 1/2"
Alternator 2"
Power steering 6"
A/C compressor 4 1/4"
Something here isn't adding up. Is one (or more) of these pulleys not the correct size?
Can anyone shed some light on this?
