I just purchased a 1999 Viper, silver with blue stripes. I have been looking for productions numbers, but they seem to be hard to find for 1999. Does anyone know why or better yet can someone tell me where to find these?

Thanks,

Thanks, it brought me to the Viper Historical Data site, but it is the same information as the Viper Registery. All it gives you is the total number of GTS, no breakdown of colors with and without stripes.

According to the Viper Buyers Guide by M. Liang, in 1999 87 had silver with blue stripes if I am reading it right.

does it say how many black/black no stripes were built? I've been trying to get that number!

Thanks in advance!!:2tu:

1999.. 247 of 699 coupes had stripes. 87 of 250 silver w/blue stripes, 30 of 116 red with silver stripes, 130 of 333 black with silver stripes, 128 coupes with Conac Connolly leather interior; 3 red(late release) , 22 silver, 77 black, 26 black with silver stripes.

I assume that this means that there were 203 black with no stripes.

What is the "3 red(late release) , 22 silver, 77 black, 26 black with silver stripes."? Are these RT10 numbers? If not, what are these numbers? Also, if these aren't the RT10 numbers, what is the breakdown on the RT10?

Is all of that info in the Viper Buyers Guide?

That was word for word from the buyers guide for 1999 GTS Vipers. More informed people need to answer the late release questions.

I believe that total number includes ACRs also. That is a very popular and unique color combination. Make sure your check your Vin to see if it is an original, as alot of cars were painted after the fact. If you haven't done that and need help , give me a call or email me your Vin and I can check for you.

Sincerely,
