Save your time and energy on trying to figure it out 
. You can't get an avatar or signature until a mod manually sets you up as a VCA/Venom member. Shoot a PM to Kcobean and he'll get you setup. After that, you upload an avatar via the User CP menu. Thanks for joining!!!
