Attache Wifes User account to my VCA account?

My wife would like to create her own account so here posts would be seperate from mine. Can We attach your user name to my VCA membership once she signs up?

You can do that when she creates her account. Just enter your VCA number there as well.

The wife created an account and we entered the VCA number but she has never gotten an email to finalize the account activation.
User name is 'ACR Girl'
I verified she typed her email correctly.
