Torco is a fuel additive to increase octane. It is often used on forced induction cars where 93 alone may be too risky and cause detonation. Higher octane fuels only help control detonation, or knock, and do not inherently increase performance. Using a fuel with an octane rating above what a car needs can, and most often will, decrease the output of an engine as higher octane fuels are slower to combust.
Run your car on the fuel it was designed for, you'll have better results and a heavier wallet.
