Just bought a 1994 Gen I with 517 original miles. The car is in showroom new condition excpet for the fuzzy gray dash. Does anyone know if there is a shop in Southern California that has a history of striping and repainting Viper dashboards?

Do a search. It is easy as a do it yourself. The stripping is easy by using Easy-off oven cleaner. That's right... There are several threads dedicated to this topic. Better get all the fluids changed... and some new tires.

Congrats pactronics. How about some pictures of that sweet ride. I picked up a 94 a month ago, I love it.

Hey Pac,

Luckily, in SoCal, we have quite a few of the top vendors in driving range. These guys are located in Van Nuys.

I can't say these guys have Viper experience, (Call DC Performance and see who they would use) but they were one of the shops a lot of the classic car guys would use with regards to getting their dashes and gauges restored. However, they're pricey! http://www.justdashes.com/
