I was going to make a post about this as well, so if you don't mind I'll add to yours.

I emailed Jon and told him I needed front tires, 20 HOURS later they arrived at Tators, I didnt even have a chance to pay for them before they showed up.

I honestly believe Jon has "dirt" on the CEO of UPS, how else can you explain it?.
