I recently installed the roe clutch lowering linkage on my 97 GTS and ever since, when I push the clutch pedal down, I can feel a resistance, kind of like a rubbing halfway down near the disengagement point. The rubbing is only halfway down the pedal and stops before and after the engagement point. It feels like it's in the pedal though. It doesn't happen on the way up and I can feel it whether the car is on or off. I never noticed it before the linkage changeover. I checked all the linkage parts and they are fine, even greased up the linkage before I put it on. The only other thing I did was grease the clutch master linkage rod because it sqeaked. Has anyone had this issue before? I replaced the clutch, throw out bearing and clutch slave cylinder about 1,000 miles ago. Any advice is appreciated.
