Is the facia the same on RT/10 and GTS? My 1992 RT/10 appears very different than my 1996 GTS. I'm looking for a 1996 GTS fascia.

Your 1992 is a Gen I facia. The Gen II facias are all the same(GTS 1996-2002 and RT/10 1997-2002).

Actually, Mopar shows four different fascias for the Gen I & II:

1992-1997 RT/10 - part #04864973 (retail of $942)
1996-1997 GTS - part #05014539AA (retail of $2030)
1998-2002 GTS & RT/10 - part #05014539AB (retail of $1780)
1999-2002 ACR - part # 05015296AA (retail of $2430)

Thankfully the third one is considered a suitable replacement for the GT-2, as the original front fascia (Mopar part # SV571W1AA) had a retail of $11,280!!
