will be cleaning my viper tonight and dont want to apply leather cleaner on vinyl and vise versa.

I think that's it. The e-brake boot and the shifter boot I believe are leather too.

Believe the seats are part leather and part vinyl.

Except for some pricey luxury cars when the car states leather seating it usually means the center sections only of the seat bottom and back. The outer sides are just vinyl but is more durable for areas prone to entry and exit wear.
