At long last I have received the email I have been waiting for. My Black 1996 RT/10 is ready to be picked up from the shipping yard in Wellington.
I have been looking for my Viper for several months, found this at Cats Exotics, Lynwood, WA. Taken approx 2 months to get here.
Can't wait to see it for the first time and take for a drive. Only done 13,000 miles, so hopefully as good as the pics show.
I am told that apart from the stereo the rest is origial.
Is there any mods or upgrades I should be doing?
Just received my VCA member number

Congratulations !!!! We all know that great feeling of picking up our Viper for the first time ! Just be conservative for your first drives if you are not familiar with driving a high torque car. For new owners of low mile cars, the unfamiliar throttle response combined with what are often old date code (5-6 +++ years) tires makes for a tricky situation. Don't ever stomp the gas pedal unless your front wheels are pointed straight ahead ! It sure is fun to drive !
