Because someone had a go pro mounted on the outside and then turned on the wipers and broke the wiper off.

Yeah I saw that. It does kinda look that way. But I think it's probably just a brake dust mixed with water stain. Man must be a numbers ban on these guys lol. All these reviews and no numbers.

I think they are trying to throw off the C7 team - but to what point, this isn't a base C7. The Z06/ZR1's aren't going to be out for another year or so.
