Ill try to make this brief as I dont usually take this kind of tact but at this point I have no choice. Roughly 1.5 years ago I purchased a shift light and controller from Raptor Performance and received it in a reasonable time. Roughly 7 months later I had Dan at Viper Specialty wire it and he found the controller was working frantically at times. He informed me and contacted Raptor and they said to send it to them. Dan did so and never did hear back. He placed several calls over weeks and still no response. I then made over 5 calls to them and never heard back either. Recently, out of frustration and the fact that their parts were hardwired into my car, I ordered another controller from them roughly 2 weeks ago. Surprise - no controller.
Again I am not one to complain but this is just not right.... I dont get whats so difficult about sending me the damn controller!
