Illustrated Guides editing help

Hello, I need some help editing the Illustrated guide 'Help with window regulator'

My pictures were held on the hosting website Webshots, but that site now requires payment for membership so I have pulled my pics.


I have now hosted some of the pics to 'Flickr'

So how do I get the pics from this new site to the Illustrated Guide?
