The club just had a Viper Tech day at Performance Dodge in Columbus. You might try there if you're looking for a tech.
About two years ago I was looking for a builder/tuner in my area and wasn't coming up with many options. I ended up at Precision Autosports in Xenia, OH. Jeff Wightman is the owner. He's wrenched and tuned a few Vipers including his business partner's ACR and Ram SRT. Great guy and gave my car rockstar treatment. Couldn't have been happier with how my build turned out.
