Is there any need at all to replace the tire nuts while the tires are off?
Car is a 2005 with 10k miles on stock wheels. Replacing the rears today
The sensors wont be removed if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks!

I think he's referring to the sensor retaining nut that you see at the valve stem.

I've had my sensors in and out and reused the nuts with no problems.

Yep. Wise to replace the grommet when removing the sensors. Wouldn't want the headache of finding out later that you have a leak at the sensor. You can purchase an entire grommet kit off Ebay for about half of what you'd pay at a tire shop.

Thanks guys, went to Dodge for a road force balance and they did not remove the tire pressure sensor so nothing was replaced.

Will let you know if they leak at all
