Jim-

There are a few, not a lot to be honest, but we are talking with someone to take over the region where it left off. For obvious reasons, that's one of a few "tough" regions politically, and we understand that...

Working on it, appreciate the support...

Nsane1,
Can you elaborate on "a few" (how many registered VCA members live in the NorCal region, as opposed to vendors etc from out of region who may join multiple regions)?

I suspect it's just me.

No there's more than you, we just got a few today from there. We're discussing how to firm all this up/get people connected in our currently "leaderless" areas this weekend and at Daytona 24.

It's honestly one of our tougher tasks, but now that we have the ship afloat and sailing right, we need to tackle this...

Steve,

It think may be just you, me and Mike H.

Nsane1,

If it is just the 3 of us, I suspect we'd all be OK being rolled into a larger region. Meaning, rather than make a lot of work creating a legal entity for NorCal and "staffing" it to satisfy incorporation rules, just merge us with whatever is the nearest region that already exists as a legal entity.
