Valve cover leak or maybe not?

I'm driving the car, at idle at stop light ... I smell oil and see smoke coming from passenger side hood. Net. I'm thinking it's a valve cover. I open the hood, and smoke is Coming towards back passenger side header under the tin header covers. Anyone?.....

Could be the valve cover is leaking a bit; always better to remove the heat shield and have a look to make sure.

I torqued them down, but not sure how tight to go... Seems they can be pretty tight.

95 in lbs starting from the center and working you way outward.
