How to put a 2006 viper srt coupe in sleep mode

After sitting for a week or so my battery will go dead. I was wondering how to put the car in sleep mode so that it doesn't run down the battery when parked for a while?

turn car off, windows closed, put key in ignition, turn it 4 times towards you and back (just the one click towards you and back to where you can pull it out) and push driverside window button up one time...that's it
