What!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing, although I would need some Dramamine before doing that. It would definitely be a great time.

You would need more than dramamine. They are pulling 7 Gs. That means you would feel seven times heavier. Without training, that could seriously injure you.

My understanding is that the Blue Angel pilots do not wear G-Suits like regular military pilots. Because they are a bit restricting and would interfere with the precise control movements necessary for show maneuvers.

The Angles must be in top physical condition and grunt their muscles tight to keep blood from flowing out of their heads and causing them to grey our black out.

Tons of practice and conditioning is required to hone their mental and physical skills.

    Thanks for posting, Bob.

Yeah...I don't see that happening in my Piper Warrior! I have pulled the g-limits before and that felt pretty wild. I couldn't imagine 7 g's! And a big congrats to the chosen few who have the ability to do what they do! I would hate to be the enemy in a dog fight against these guys!

6.7g's was the most I experienced

When we were doing air to air, the g load wasn't that bad as the high end of the g load was only for a few seconds. The hard g loads were during the air to mud as we maneuvered to our target.

Believe me, if you are ever afforded the chance to ride in a fighter, never turn it down
