My friend wants to sell me his wheels and tires off of his Porrsche 996/911. The sizes are:
Continental Sport Contact II Tires: Front Tires: 235/35/19 Rear Tires: 295/30/19 19x8.5 Front 42mm offset 19x11 Rear 40mm offset Will they fit and what is your opinion if this would be a good size on my 1996 RT/10? thanks! |

1. Wheels won't fit - wrong bolt pattern, too few lugnut holes(!), too narrow.
2. Tires way too narrow. 3. Is this a joke?

Probably just a lack of knowledge.
Vipers use 6 lugs for strength. They use 10" wide rims on front and 13-14" rims on rear. 345x19's and 20's. 335x17"s and 18"s Sorry bud, even a Z06 has bigger tires than that. Maybe sell them to an ordinary vette? Ted

Vipers use 6 lugs because that's what a 4wd Dakota used - which is where the Viper originally got front upper a-arms and all its wheel bearings/hubs.
