Hallo Leutz,

seid herzlich bedankt für die vielen Glückwünsche zur gelungenen Organisation des Viper-Jahres-Events bei der Ausfahrt und auf dem Flughafen Mendig am 29.und 30. August 2008.

Die Organisatoren ihrerseits wollen nun auf diesem Wege ebenfalls Danke sagen.

Dank an alle englischen, schwedischen und deutschen Teilnehmer, Ihr ward einfach Spitze, danke für Eure gute Laune und Euer Engagement. Ihr habt mit Leichtigkeit, Witz und unglaublicher Coolness das Event
zu dem gemacht, was es war: Ein Spitzen-Event. Und Ihr ward so gut, dass es weder zu einem Unfall noch zu einem Ausfall gekommen ist.

Dank auch an alle, die mitgeholfen haben, solch ein Event zu ermöglichen und dessen Ablauf zu gestalten. Dazu gehörten in erster Linie die professionell agierenden Streckenposten, Zeitnehmer und die Gruppenführer.
Ebenso das Kamera-Team und die Helfer in der Halle, beim Vormittags-Kaffee, beim Mittagessen, beim Nachmittags-Kaffee und bei den Abendessen. Die, die mit auf- und abgebaut haben und die, die im Hintergrund
den Ablauf optimierten, wie z.B. die Security für unsere Autos auf dem Parkplatz oder der Mann mit dem Streichholz.

Herzlichen Dank auch an den TÜV und dessen Mitarbeiter für die vielen guten Ratschläge und die letztlich sehr flexible Betreuung auf der Strecke, an die Feuerwehr und die Rettungssanitäter, die sich glücklicherweise
dezent im Hintergrund halten konnten. Dank auch an den Reifenservice und die Mechaniker-Crew, die ebenfalls – Gott sei Dank – nicht einschreiten mussten.

Dank auch an die Catering-Unternehmen und die Köche, die uns am Freitag und vor allem am Samstag tagsüber und abends auf dem Schiff zum Teil exquisit verpflegten.

Der Kapitän und seine Crew haben uns Samstagnacht sicher durch die Staustufen der Mosel gefahren, auch hierfür unser Dank. Ebenso bedanken wir uns sehr herzlich bei den vielen Menschen, die uns bei der
Einholung der Genehmigungen und Versicherungen geholfen haben, bei den Behörden und bei der Polizei in Koblenz, entlang der Freitagsstrecke und am Samstag auf dem Flugplatz, teils in Zivil, teils in Uniform.

Wir danken den beiden Präsis der Viper Clubs UK und Germany für die Moderation bei der Preisverleihung und dem Team, das die Ergebnisse ausgewertet hat.

Wir haben ein Dreiviertel-Jahr an diesem Event gearbeitet und wir freuen uns darüber, an diesen drei Tagen nur in gut gelaunte Gesichter geblickt zu haben. Und der Wettergott hatte uns auch noch belohnt.

Sincerely is thanked for the many congratulations to the gelungenen organization of the viper-year-Events in the driveway and on the airport Mendig at that 29. and 30th of August 2008.
The organizers on their part want to say now thank on this way also.
Thanks to at all English, Swedish and German participants, you became simple tip, thank for your good moods and your engagement. You made with lightness, joke and incredible Coolness the Event to that, what it was: A sharpening Event. And you became so good that it came neither to an accident yet to a
loss.
Thanks to also at everyone, that helped to enable such an Event and to form its flow. In addition the professionally acting stretch posts, Zeitnehmer and the group leaders belonged primarily. Just as the camera team and the helpers in the hall, in the morning coffee, in the lunch, in the in the afternoon coffee and in the suppers. That that constructed and dismantled with and that, that optimized the flow in the background, e.g. the Security for our cars on the parking lot or the man with the match.
Sincere thanks to also at the TÜV and its colleague for the many good pieces of advice and the care very flexible last of all on the stretch, at which fire department and the rescue orderlies, who were able to hold themselves fortunately discreetly in the background. Crew, that didn't have to intervene also – God would be thanks to –.
Thanks to also at the Catering businesses and the cooks, that in part exquisitely provisioned us on Friday and above all on Saturday during the day and evenings on the ship.
The captain and its Crew went us Saturday night certainly through the obstruction steps of the Moselle, also for this our thanks to. Just as we thank very sincerely the many persons, who helped us in the Einholung of the permissions and insurances, at the authorities and at the police in Coblenz, along the Friday
stretch and on Saturday on the airport, partly in civilly, partly in uniform.
We thank both Präsis of the viper clubs UK and Germany for the presentation in the award ceremony and the team, that evaluated the results.
We worked three quarters year at this Event and be happy we about that to have looked at these three days only into well tempered faces. And the weather God also yet had rewarded us.
