MANDATORY FIRST EVENT EVER WITH VIPER DAYS:
If this is your first event I will need each driver to fill out the 2008 application and the 2008 Med+Stats form before coming to the event. Please click on the link below to get to the forms. Viper Days Driving School *** www.ViperDays.com *** Once I receive your forms I will email you back a confirmation. If you do not hear from me within 3 days please call me at 847-594-8477 and ask for Courtney.

2ND, 3RD, 4TH EVENT OF THE YEAR: If you are planning on attending the event PLEASE e-mail me back the answers and you are all set. You do not need to fill out anymore paperwork. THURSDAY TRAILER DROP OFFS: Changed information
The track will be open for trailer drop off and set up from 5:30pm-ALL NIGHT. They have the gates manned all night since people are staying at the hotel on premises. This will be strict and we CANNOT get in earlier!

GATE HOURS: Thursday: 5:30pm-all night, Friday: 6am-9pm, Saturday: 6am-9pm, Sunday: 6am-7pm

TRACK HOURS: Friday: 8:30-5:30, Saturday: 8:30-5:30, Sunday 8:30-5:30

FRIDAY TEST & TUNE DAY: Changed information
A test and tune day is available Thru the track. You do NOT need to pre-register. Just show up on Fri am and they will take care of you! Friday am registration will be in the North Classroom beginning at 7:15 AM ( July 11). Cost will be $250 per car (credit card/cash/cheque) & we will hand out armbands & windshield stickers. Drivers meeting at 8am, street car drive arounds from 8:15-8:45 Hot track will be 9:00-5:30.

TRACK WALK AROUNDS:
You are able to walk the track on Friday night at 5:45pm. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE TRACK WALK!

TRACK DRIVE AROUNDS:
Will take place Saturday 7:30am & Sunday 8:30am!

FRIDAY PM:
The Friday night registration/reception party will be held at the Club House at the track, from 6-9pm. If you are not able to make it to this night please get to the track early Saturday at 6am to register.

TECH INSPECTION:
Will occur Friday from 11am-6pm; Saturday beginning at 6am

SRT/10 RULES:We currently have 7 sets of roll hoops available for the VIR event. It is FREE to use the roll hoops. Please call Courtney to Reserve!! 847-612-4335

SATURDAY PM:The Sat banquet will be at the Padoga Grill located at the track 6:00 cocktails; 6:45pm dinner. It is a buffet dinner so no food choices are needed.

TIRE ORDERS : CHANGED INFORMATION

FIRST TIME DRIVERS: Michelin Tire needs
Any drivers tires that are over 4 years old should be considering replacing them for the track. Reason being, tires deteriorate with age, they get hard without the oils in the tires and they loose their grip. We are more than willing to bring Michelin tires to the track to fill your needs but we will need to know by Thursday July 3rd so they can be ordered and delivered to the track. TRACK SIDE SERVICE:
Archer Racing Accessories will be at the track to do any trackside service, sell & install safety equipment. Please call John at 218-727-4806 for an appointment so you don't miss a run session.

CAMPING: Changed info
Camping is allowed!! You have to move to the hookups which is located behind the false grid barn in the main paddock. $50/night with full water, electricity & a dump station. To reserve this you will call the lodge at 434-822-7700 ext 101 and they will charge you direct
