Ok so this could get kind of expensive after all said and done. I'd say it would still be worth it.

Its very expensive but worth it. Unfortunately very short. The fee includes some meals, a short happy hour or two where the drinks are free, track events, boxed lunches for the scenic drive, a goody bag thats actually pretty neat, a river boat ride this time, and a boat load of fun. The hotel is always extra and you can stay anywhere you want, not just at the host hotel. Past fees have been around 800-850 per person plus plus. You WILL have the time of your life IF the weather holds.

Thanks for the answers. Does anyone know of a cheaper hotel that is real close to the host hotels? I'm 25, single, and will be coming by myself as I don't see any of my friends wanting to spend $1000 to go. So unless I find someone that wants to share a room then I say I will need to find a cheaper hotel b/c I can not justify spending $1400 on a room for only myself. Even though I would love to stay in the host hotel. Can I sleep in my car? lol j/k Either way I'm going to make it happen!

How many Vipers were there last year at VOI9?

I split a room with someone back at VOI7, and I expect there's probably some other singles who'd be willing to do it with you. Might want to post a separate thread inquiring to get more attention though. I've also stayed at a nearby offsite one for VOI8, saved big $$$$, and it'd be worth putting up a separate thread to ask if anyone is doing that, if you are interested. For VOI9, I stayed in the site hotel, though it was Vegas and would have been easy to stay elsewhere.
