The KCVCA deadline is today! To get your share you must be registered by today so be sure to send a fax(so it will have todays date on it) if you have forgotten.

Lisa and I finally got around to registering
I'll be trying to put together or hook-up with some other caravans leaving the middle TN area. I'm shooting for leaving Tuesday afternoon around 1:00, and driving at least 1/2 way. (Louisville??)

Just got off the phone with JRT earlier today if you haven't already talked with them.

There will be an off site area with security and a shuttle for people with trailers.
The information for the site will be going out in VOI packets(thank you C-Note!)
Right now the rooms reserved for members at the Motor City Hotel are full. You can still get a room there but it will be a regular rate.
The MGM still has rooms at the negotiated rates for members.

Time to get signed up for VOI!

Funny, I inquired a couple of days ago to the info@voi10.com mailbox about this as well and the reply I got was:

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for your note. Yes, there will be trailer parking onsite. Since
the MGM and Motor City so close to one another we are looking for a
mutually convenient spot between the 2 hotels. A few locations have been
identified and we are awaiting the appropriate approvals. We should
know more in the next week or so and we will send you an update.

Looking forward to seeing you in Detroit!

I am going to be there a couple of days early. I can not find any info about where I can park the truck and trailer. Am I missing something or is it going to be at the MGM? Anybody get an update on this?

The information will be sent out in the VOI packets. If you want you can call JRT direct and see if they have the information you seek ahead of time. 1-800-998-1110 and ask for Beth or Kim.

JRT mentioned it would be an off site with security and shuttle provided. Trailers will not fit in the parking at the hotels.
