Default Helemt requirements for VOI9

What are the requirements/certifications for acceptable helmets at the track events. Do they have to be SA2005 or can they be older/ How about the SNELL M-classifications.

thanks

One page 4 of the "Event Information" packet, it says - Minimum DOT-00, Snell 95 or later".

They don't require racing shoes, gloves, fire ext., but they suggest them. Just don't wear wide or bulky type tennis shoes. They can get in the way while moving from pedal to pedal when braking and up and down shifting.

When it's warm your hands may get a bit moist and gloves work well to improve your grip.

I'm not sure what they require here but if you are not wearing a drivers suit many track events require or suggest long sleve shirts and long pants while on the track.

Will racing harness be recommended or required? I have a set of 6 pt TeamTech harness I needed to have at some track events, but it seems variable.
